Udupi, Sep 11, 2020:     Ravi Katapady of Udupi who is  well-known for the unique costumes of different characters that he dons every year during Janmashtami celebrations, has this year turned into a "Dragon" to create Covid-19 awareness among the  masses.

A mason by profession, Ravi Katapady  unique endeavour is with a noble intention.  The  funds he raises from the public in Udupi and its vicinity goes  towards medical aid of  some children suffering from various ailments.

 The Dragon costume this time has been prepared by  artiste Ajay Pitrody with the assistance of Akshay, Dhanaraj and Dharesh, at a cost of around Rs 40,000.
