Puttur, Dec 25, 2020:    A one year old child who was playing in front of the house went missing all of a sudden and was eventually found dead in the  pond of a nearby  plantation at Apinimoole of Panaje village of Puttur taluk on December 24, Thursday evening.

The deceased child is Sanid, son of Aboobakker Siddique and Asma couple. The child who was playing  in the verandah of the  house was later found in the pond of a neighbour named Ram Kumar. Though the child was immediately taken to  the hospital, he had breathed his last by then.
