Puttur: Argument over bill leads to assault at a private hospital

Puttur: July 19, 2015: A clash broke out in a private hospital between a manager and a father of kid who was hospitalised on Saturday.

It is learnt that the hospital manager allegedly attacked the patient’s father over an argument.

The victim Bhasker Dharmasthal is a resident of Manjahithlu in Dharmasthala.

Bhaskar had admitted his son at Pragathi specialty hospital as he was suffering from typhoid. After the treatment, when Bhaskar asked for the bill the staff reacted arrogantly. Irked by the staff’s reaction, Bhasker informed it to the Hospital manager, Vital Rao.

Argument broke out between the two which led to assault. Bhasker then called his friends, who then allegedly trashed Vital Rao. Both were seriously injured and were admitted to a hospital.

The police arrived on the spot to control the situation.

A case has been registered. The police are now investigating the matter.

Shamed on the henoius behavior of the hospital staff as well as child’s father. Pateince is virtue, only when the condition is so worse we can act so, but not voilence. Why people behave so worstly than a animal in puplic place.
