Poojary rues reinstatement of George as minister, says end of Congress

Mangaluru, Sep 19, 2016: It is reported that reacting to potential action, veteran Congress leader B Janardhana Poojary said that former minister K J George may be reinstated following clean chit from CID. he sated that reinstating George as minister will be the end of Congress.

poojary The former Union minister on Sept 18, Sunday took the Congress government to task for CID filing a ’B’ report to Madikeri Additional JMFC Court in connection with DSP M K Ganapathy’s suicide case.

Taking exceptions to CID’s investigation, the veteran Congress leader demanded an independent inquiry by a Supreme Court judge in the case. Reacting sharply against the clean chit being given to former minister K J George and two senior police officers in DSP Ganapathy suicide case Poojary said, "the CID acted as per chief minister Siddaramaiah’s advice. It is not a conclusive report."
