Bantwal, Oct 15, 2016 : Bantwal police raided an Illegal slaughter house at Ammemmar in Bantwal on October 15, Saturday.
On credible information police team lead by DySP Raveesh, SI Rakshit, staff Nazir, Jagadish, Praveen, Suresh, Jayaram and diections of CI Manjaiah raided a slaughter house owned by Mansoor of Ammemmar. It is said that Mansoor’s younger brother Lathif , his friend Taslim and escaped from the spot .There were a total of Nine cows among which one was already killed to sell the meat.
During the raid Eight cows, one Innova car, three bikes, weighing scale and other items were seized.
Investigations are in progress.
