Further, no one can object your entering the train too.

train ticketsThe railway authorities increased the rate of platform tickets from Rs 5 to Rs 10 from April 1.The ministry also allowed divisional railway managers to increase the platform ticket rate beyond Rs 10 on occasions like festivals, rallies and occasions, to control crowds on rail stations.

A member of the Railway Users’ Consultative Committee, said that it is the ministry’s fault and lacks practical manner. The ministry itself is promoting unethical practices.  Indians who are sentimental and also look upon guests as gods it is basic to see off and receive close people.  The rail ministry should provide this as a service to travellers  rather than as a commercial matter. Any way people can get wise not only in Mangalore, but all over the Indian railways.
