Permude man arrested for abetting wife’s suicide

Mangaluru, November 3, 2019: Bajpe Police have arrested the husband of a woman who allegedly committed suicide at Permude on Saturday.
The arrested person is Altaf, a resident of Permude Bhatrakere. Altaf has been accused of abetting the suicide of his wife. Five of his family members have also been booked.
Altaf’s wife Larifat was found hanging at her house on Saturday when Altaf was away to purchase vegetables. Altaf who is employed at Qatar had arrived home just three days ago.
Further investigations are underway.
