Mangaluru, Oct 29, 2018: Transgenders in Mangaluru, under the aegis of the Parivartan  Charitable Trust staged a protest in front of the DC office here on October 29, Monday  to condemn the assault on three transgenders at Indira Market in Bhayander,  Mumbai recently.

The protestors  while condemning the assault in the strongest possible words, said such incidents should  not take place in the future. They also demanded the arrest of the accused in the  assault case in Mumbai.
