Padil Ganesh Acharya Murder: Four suspects arrested

Mangaluru July 25, 2016: CCB Police have succeeded in arresting four suspects in relation with the recent murder of Ganesh Acharya at Padil.

Four suspects arrested The arrested has been identified as Umashankar (39) resident of Padil, Shashiraj (30) from Kannur, Nithin Kumar from Veeranagara and Alwyn (25) from Padil.

Ganesh Acharya’s dead body was found in a well on July 20 with marks of injury in his body which turned to be suspicious of being murder. Deceased brother in his complaint expressed suspicious in his body.

CCB Police started investigating the case and collected definite information of the murder suspects and arrested four suspects at Kankanady Railway Station on July 23rd. They confessed that they conducted deadly assault on late Ganesh Acharya.

The accused have been handed over to the Mangaluru rural police station for further action.

Mangaluru CCB unit inspector Sunil Y Naik, PSI Shaam sunder and staff participated in the operation under guidance from DCP and direction from police commissioner.
