PROJECT EXHIBITION ‘EXPRO-12’ held at NITTE

Nitte, May 4, 2012: EXPRO-12, the annual exposition of Projects was held at N.M.A.M. Institute of Technology, Nitte on 26th April, 2012. EXPRO, the Exposition of Projects of out going NMAMIT-ians, is meant for encouraging the creativity and technical talents of NMAMIT-ians through their final year projects.  A great opportunity to expose their creativity, technical know how’s, teamwork, communication skills, acumen for research and development activities, to their peer group, budding engineers, faculty and the general community. Dr. Ganesh Aithal, Professor and Vice Principal P.A. College of Engineering Mangalore, inaugurated the event and advised the students to make use of the opportunity to exhibit the technical talents.  Dr. S.Y. Kulkarni, Principal released the 10th Abstracts volume of projects compiled by Dr. Peter Fernandes.

Convenor of EXPRO and Co-ordinator of Karnataka State Council for Science and Technology projects, Dr. Peter Fernandes welcomed the august audience.  Prof. Rekha Bandarker proposed the vote of thanks. 

Twenty Four experts from different Technical Institutes evaluated 177 projects carried out in seven Engineering disciplines and adjudged Best projects of the year, second prize and a. commendation prize in each disciplines.
