Kundapur, Apr 12, 2018 : A Panchayat  Development Officer in Nalkur Gram Panchayat of Kundapur taluk has been caught on camera indulging in  sexual act with a lady employee of the office. The CC camera in the office had duly captured the immoral act in the office.

The accused Anantha Padmanabha Nayak has been working as PDO at Nalkur since a year. He is said to be an ex-serviceman  and is reportedly facing bribery charges.
