Notorious criminal wanted in several cattle theft cases arrested

Mangaluru, Apr 02, 2018 : Sleuths of the Anti Rowdy Squad have arrested a person named Amaimar Imran alias Kutta (24) of Pudu village in Bantwal taluk, who was wanted in connection with over 25 cases including murder, murder attempt and cattle theft. A car belonging to the accused has also been seized.

Imran has cases against him not only in Mangaluru but also in Kodagu district. He has a total of nine cattle theft cases against him in Mangaluru Rural, Bajpe and Konaje stations. He also has eight cases of dacoity bids in Ullal and Bantwal police station limits. cattle theft cases have been registered against him even in Somwarapete, Kushalnagar and Sakleshpour.

The Anti-Rowdy Squad which had arrested a person named Nizam about a month ago, apprehended Imran on the basis of the revelations made by the former.
