Mangalore, Sep 9, 2011: The Kannada movie Parie, directed under the banner of BDT Abhiyantharara Chitra,” will be released in the first week of November.
Speaking at a press conference held at Press Club on September 8 Thursday, Veer Samarth, the music director, said that this film features live music and the voice of eight singers.
Trivikrama Belthangady said that Sudhir Attavar, the director of the film, has based his movie on a novel, which deals with a love story woven around the liquor mafia subplot. The movie is about a Lambani tribal.
M. S. Sathyu is the art director of this film while Nimay Ghosh and Usha Uthup are also associated with it. Singers Udit Narayan, Priya Himesh, Shaan, Sadhana Sargam, Gayathri Ganjawala, Mysore Janni, Manikya Vinayagam, and Samanvitha have brought to life the lyrics of Sudeer Attavar.
The audio release of the film will be held at The Bell near Majestic in Bangalore at 6:00 p.m. on September 17, he said.
Film coordinators Arun Tumati and Chandru Sindhogi as well as Mohan of Anand Studio were also present at the press conference.
