NAAC Team Visits NITTE UNIVERSITY

Mangalore, March 20 The National Accreditation & assessment team under the Chairmanship by Prof..Damle and Co Chairman, Dr Mahdi Hasan, visited the Nitte University and its constituent colleges in Mangalore recently.

 

The NAAC team, composed of professionals drawn from Medical, Nursing, Dental, Physiotherapy and Pharmacy faculties went around the University’s campus at Deralakatte and Paneer as part of the accreditation process mandated by the UGC for all newly established universities. Earlier, the Chancellor, Mr. Vinaya Hedge, Vice Chancellor, Dr M. Shantharam Shetty made an audio visual presentation of the academic and infrastructural facilities available in the Nitte University.

 

 

Dr. Arunachalam Kumar, Dean of the K S Hegde Medical Academy took the NAAC team around the medical complex. Dr. K. Jayaprakash Shetty, Registrar, KSHEMA and Dr. Krishna Prasad, Local Coordinator from KSHEMA, accompanied the visitors.
