Puttur, Feb 22, 2016: The case of missing of a taxi driver  A V Ismail of Konaje has taken a new twist with his decomposed  body found on February 21, Sunday in a wooded area close by Kandadka near Shirady .

Car mysteryIt is suspected that  he was murdered and his second wife Nabisa is the suspect. His taxi was found abandoned on the National Highway at Neerakatte following which his second wife had lodged a complaint with the  Konaje police.

It is said the police had kept an eye on Ismail’s second wife ever since she lodged a complaint owing to inconsistencies in her statement. Sources said Konaje police got the clue that Ismail was murdered when Riyaz and Jamal who were reportedly with Ismail  on the day he disappeared  spilled the beans. The body was subsequently  traced in an isolated slopy area.

It has now been gathered that Nabisa, the second wife of Ismail had hatched the whole conspiracy as  her husband used to oppose her immoral activities and had engaged Jamal, Riyaz and two others to execute the murder plot.

Police are on the lookout for other two accused in this case.

Sources revealed that the accused eliminated Ismail in the car itself after  having dinner and  consuming alcohol at a bar and restaurant at Nelyady.
