Kundapur, Dec 27, 2014 : A young woman who was forced to marry by her family and had gone missing on December 25, was spotted at Kundapur on December 26, Friday after she created a scene by picking up a quarrel with the driver of a truck who helped her reach the town from Belagavi.


missing women found It is learnt the 18 year old girl from KK Pura in Belagavi was  forcibly made to marry a youth six months ago. Sources said the girl was in love with some other youth. However, the girl was fed up with frequent quarrel at her husband’s house and had returned to her parental  house some time back.


However, she  left her parental house on December 25 and with the help of a truck driver  Rajeev Naik  arrived in Kundapur. After landing in Kundapur, the truck driver took her to his office where there arose a  quarrel between the two and a large  crowd gathered.

It was only when both were taken to the station that the girl revealed her story.The police have contacted her parents who are expected to arrive to take her back.
