Minister UTK indulging in anti-Hindu activities - Vedike

Mangaluru, July 23, 2015 : Addressing media July 22,  Hindu Jagarana Vedike State Convener Sathyajith Surathkal stated,  Health and Family Welfare Minister U T Khader was carrying out anti-Hindu activities by protecting the culprits who had assaulted a Hindu youth. 

Sathyajith said that when the Hindu Jagarana Vedike and Vishwa Hindu Parishat had carried out a protest against the assault on Hindus in Ullal, some youths from the other community had assaulted a Hindu youth. But Minister Khader protected the culprits and prevented the police from registering cases against them, Sathyajith said.

He also said Ullal block Congress president Ishwar Ullal had levelled false allegations on Hindu organisations at a press meet. Ishwar UIlal alleged Hindu Jagarana Vedike activists were involved in attack on a medical student in Deralakatte, which is untrue, Sathyajith claimed. The police filed a charge sheet against the accused and the case is in court. The accused are still in judicial custody.
