Mangaluru, June 24, 2015: Karnataka Health and family welfare minister U T Khader along with other officials on Wednesday visited sea erosion affected areas and also visited the families whose houses were damaged due to heavy rain.

Kader Visited Kotepura, Mogaveera Patna, Kaiko, Kodi, Someshwar, Uchila and parts of Ullal. 


Speaking to the press personals, Khader said the permanent solution from preventing sea erosion will be been implemented and amount of 232 crores has been spent which will be completed in 3 years.


In addition to that he said, many houses near the sea have been severally damaged due to high winds and increase in the sea level. He said he will visit the houses which were damaged due to rain and as per the losses incurred, the government will give the compensation to the family. He said he is contact with Minister of Textiles Baburao Chinchanasur and CM about the compensation.


Gram Panchayat member N S Karim,  Usman Kallapu, Mohammed Mukkacheri, U A Ismail and others were present.
