baanathi.Speaking to reporters here, Zilla Panchayat Member Janardhana Gowda has  demanded legal action against the erring doctors.

As per the information provided by the ZP member, Madhavi, the wife of Timmappa Gowda of Kijanabettu in Tenkamijar village was admitted to Ladygoschen Hospital on September 27 for her first delivery. The woman had delivered a baby boy the same day and the child was normal. Gowda alleged that the doctors had not allowed the family to  meet the mother and the new born till evening  that day.
