Mangaluru, Aug 10, 2015:  According to the Ullal police, body of a 28-year-old employee of  ISKCON -International Society for Krishna Consciousness, Mangaluru, was found floating in the river at Ullal on Aug 9, Sunday morning.

ravikumarRavikumar (28), a native of Thippenahalli in Bengaluru, working with ISKCON for last few months,  was missing for some days.  The police said Clement, a fisherman, found a bag floating in the river.  In the bag  he found a decomposed body.

The Ullal police identified him as Ravikumar. The police said the wire of a mobile charger was found around the neck. Ravikumar’s brother Narendra Kumar arrived in the city from Bengaluru and filed a complaint that his brother had been murdered.  Narendra Kumar has not mentioned names of persons he suspected, the police said.

Police have registered a case of murder and are investigating the complaint filed by Narendra Kumar.  The police said Ravikumar had joined ISKCON soon after finishing his M.Tech from National Institute of Technology - Surathkal
