Manjeshwar: June 30, 2015: In order to disrupt peace in the society, unidentified miscreants allegedly pelted stones at mosque at Kanjathur Padavu near Manjeshwar.
It is learnt that the miscreants pelted stones in the wee hours of Monday, and damaged the windows of the mosque.
Two persons were inside the mosque when incident happened. It is learnt that the miscreants ran away soon they realized the presence of two inside the mosque.
Witnesses informed the police, Manjeshwar police arrived at the spot and investigated.
A case has been registered at Manjeshwar police station by the mosque committee.
