Mangaluru, Mar 27, 2017: ‘Sanskriti’ an elegant apartment project by Land Trades,  city’s leading  builders and developers,  was inaugurated at Mangaladevi  here on March 26, Sunday by Mangaluru South MLA  J R Lobo. Sanskriti is a Ground + 4 storey structure with  spacious 2BHK and 3 BHK apartments. The project includes commercial space with seven shops on the ground floor level.

Speaking on the occasion, Lobo lauded Land Trades for its quality projects which have added to the beauty and development of Mangaluru. Pointing out that over Rs 2000 crore has been invested on infrastructure development in the city,  he said   the same has to be put to good use to create more jobs. He also stressed the need to make Mangaluru an investor friendly city.

The birthday of MLA Lobo was celebrated on the occasion by cutting a  cake on behalf of Land Trades.

Premananda Shetty, Corporator who was present as a chief guest, congratulated Land Trades for  contributing a beautiful project for Mangaluru.

D B Mehta, President of CREDAI-Mangalore who also spoke,  said the  name Sanskriti which means culture was very apt for the project.  He even had a word of praise for the Land Trades quality of delivering its projects on time.

 Architect  of Sanskriti, Peter Mascarenhas, structural engineer Anand Bhat and project consultant Santhosh Shetty were felicitated on behalf of Land Trades.
