Mangaluru, Nov 10,2015: A Victim of a road accident, who could have been saved if he had immediately been rushed to the hospital, lost his life following the craze of the many onlookers to shoot his plight on their mobile phone devices here on Nov 9, Monday.
According to eyewitnesses, Sandesh Alva, riding his two-wheeler was hit by a tempo at Ujjodi, near Pumpwell Circle on NH 66. As he fell down due to the impact, the very same tempo passed over him.
Though he was taken to the nearby hospital later, the victim breathed his last. Many onlookers, instead of tending to the victim, were busy shooting his plight, an eyewitness said. Mangaluru Rural police have registered a case and are investigating.
Another accident : In another incident, Ibrahim Khaleel, who was riding pillion on a motorcycle, died on the spot when a tempo hit the motorcycle head-on.
The incident occurred on K.C. Road-Natekal Road on Monday morning. Motorcycle rider Sohail Siddique has been admitted to a hospital with injuries. Ullal Police have registered a case and are investigating.

SPEED THRILLS BUT KILLS. The accident usually occurs due reckless driving. So many accidents occurs but we never learn from such mistakes and repeat the same. How sad when a person loses life such loss is non- recoverable.
The people sometimes act foolish, instead of shooting the videos of person struggling for life.Any one would come forward and admit him to the Hospital to save his life.
