MLA JR Lobo inaugurates concretised road near Naguri Pump House

Mangaluru, June 2, 2015: The concretised and widened road from Naguri Pump House till Premagudde in Ward No. 48 was inaugurated by Mangaluru South MLA JR Lobo. The project worth Rs 29 lakh was taken up under the initiative of Lobo under the Malnad Area Development Programme.
In his address, Lobo recalled his assurance given to residents of the area prior to the Assembly elections to get the road repaired. He said accordingly the 250 meter long road has been widened and concretised on preferential basis.
Asha D’Silva, local corporator, Mohammad Badruddin, KPCC Member, Jagannath Shetty, TK Sudhir, Sr Metilda of Holy Angles Convent who donated land for the road widening and others were present.
