MAHE New Year Award 2019 conferred on 4 achievers

Manipal, January 13, 2019: Four eminent achievers namely Sandhya S Pai, Managing Editor of Taranga, Dr K R Shetty, eminent neurologist, H S Upendra Kamath, eminent banker and former chairman of Vijaya Bank and veteran writer Ambatanaya Mudradi were conferred the MAHE New Year Awards at a ceremony held at Hotel Valley View at Manipal. The function was held under the aegis of Manipal Academy of General Education, MAHE and Syndicate Bank.

Vasanthi  R Pai, Trustee of MAHE, Bhasker  Hande, Regional General Manager of Syndicate Bank,  T Satish U Pai, Managing Director of Manipal Media Network and Dr H Vinod Bhat, Chancellor of MAHE conferred the Awards on the achievers.

Dr Venkataraya Prabhu, Dean of KMC, Mangaluru received the Award on behalf of KR Shetty from Dr Ranjan Pai, President of MEMG.

Academy President Dr H S Ballal, Secretary Dr H Shantharam and others were present.
