Land Trades Sai Grandeur Apartments Inaugurated

Mangalore, 27 May 2012: Sai Grandeur, the premium luxury apartment project by Land Trades Builders & Developers and situated Opposite Capuchin Friary on Jail Road in the city was inaugurated this morning in a formal ceremony. Sai Grandeur comprises of two 10-storey blocks with a total of 120 apartments. A.J. Shetty, Chairman of AJ Group and President of Laxmi Memorial Education Trust inaugurated one block while former district-in-charge minister Krishna J. Palemar inaugurated the other.
N. Yogish Bhat, the local MLA and Deputy Speaker of Karnataka Legislative Assembly, Ashok Kumar D. K. and K. Padmanabha, both corporators of Mangalore City Corporation were the other dignitaries present on the occasion.
Earlier in the day, Shree Nityananda Swami of Chikmagalur performed the religious rituals, while Fr Victor Machado from Bejai parish blessed the apartment site.
Manohar Prasad welcomed the gathering and compeered the programme while Shrinath Hebbar, the proprietor of Land Trades Builders & Developers proposed the vote of thanks.
The architects, engineers, contractors, sub contractors and other professionals involved with the project were felicitated on the occasion.
