Mangaluru, Dec 28, 2015 :   Land Links Builders celebrated their 35th anniversary at a colourful function held at the Vikas PU College Ground at Maryhill on December 27, Sunday. A new project of the firm ’Al Helen’ was declared open to coincide with the occasion. If Union Law Minister inaugurated the anniversary celebration of Land Links, the new apartment project was declared open by JR Lobo,MLA of Mangaluru South.

 

In his address, Sadananda Gowda was all praise for the several quality ventures of Land Links  which have contributed to the infrastructure development in the city.

The logo of the 35th anniversary of Land Links was launched by Dakshina Kannada MP Nalin Kumar Kateel. P Jayaram Bhat, Managing Director of Karnataka Bank presided over the function.

Krishna Palemar, Proprietor of Land Links  who also spoke, said as an anniversary special offer, the  amount paid by the first 35 customers will be returned after 25 years.

Capt. Ganesh Karnik, MLC, PV Acharya former advocate general of Karnataka, Pradeep Palemar, MD of Land Links, Lancelot Pinto  corporator and others were present.

The formal function was followed by a variety cultural programme.

Al Helen apartment project  has 38  spacious well-ventilated apartments  with ultra modern amenities including security kiosk at entry and video  phone connection to all apartments. It also comes with an earthquake resistant RCC frame structure conforming to IS 456 standards.
