Mangaluru Oct 01 2019: A new chariot- Brahmaratha costing Rs 2.5 crore, has been donated to the Kukke Shree Subrahmanya Temple by entrepreneurs Muttappa Rai and Ajith Shetty. The vehicle carrying the chariot was flagged off at Koteshwar on September 30, Monday. The huge truck carrying the Brahmaratha which was camped at Kadri on Monday night was flagged off on Tuesday.
MLAs Vedavyas Kamath, Dr Bharath Shetty, MLC Harish Kumar, former MLA J R Lobo, Kadri Temple Managing Committee President A J Shetty, former mayor Bhasker Moily, Subrahmanya Temple Managing Committee President Nityananda Mundodi and other members were present.
