Introduce train, Kanyakumari to Mangaluru :
The Kanyakumari Rail Users’ Association has sought a direct overnight train between Mangaluru and Kanyakumari. It said that Kanyakumari, a world renowned tourism centre, does not have direct train connectivity with Mangaluru, another important tourism destination. Such a train could boost tourism in Southern Tamil Nadu as well as Coastal Karnataka.
