Mangalore, Nov 13, 2011: The Mangalore to Mumbai and Delhi Kingfisher Airlines flight IT309 stands cancelled from Nov 20 and will remain cancelled till Dec 15.
A Kingfisher flight is operated from Mangalore to Mumbai and Delhi daily. It leaves Mangalore Airport at 2:40 p.m.
Kingfisher sources said that the reason for the cancellation is operational, but refused to divulge any more reasons. Passengers who have booked tickets already will be refunded, they said.
Kingfisher Airlines is in trouble, owing to which it keeps cancelling flights daily all over the country.
The airlines owes a lot of money to oil companies and other companies, and oil companies have also decided to stop supplying fuel to Kingfisher till it clears its dues, which happen to be hundreds of crores. Moreover, aircraft manufacturers are mulling over taking back the aircraft they have lent to Kingfisher Airlines.
