Kasargod: Woman set ablaze by husband, dies

Kasargod, Sep 10, 2016: 22-year-old woman has accused her husband Nafeez on setting her ablaze. She succumbed to injuries in a Hospital in Mangaluru on September10, Saturday.

aseera 10 sep 16 The deceased is Aseera from UP. She married Nafeez just six months ago. They were staying in a Chala in Vidhyanagar from one month.

A few days back locals heard Asheera screaming for help. They rushed to the spot saw Aseera was burning. Within no time they doused the fire and took her to Hospital. During treatment she repeatedly complained to doctors of her husbnd, pouring kerosene on her and burnt her alive.

Nafeez is absconding since then.Vidhyanagar police are investigating the case.
