Bantwal, April 20, 2017:  In a gruesome incident, Jameel Karopady, Vice President of Karopady Gram Panchayat has been hacked to death by unidentified masked men at his office on April 20, Thursday.


JameelThe murder took place right in the Gram Panchayat Office.


It is said the masked men barged into the office, threw chilli powder at Jameel’s eyes before attacking him with machetes.


Though the exact cause of the murder was not known, a previous enmity is suspected to be the reason.
