Mangaluru, Nov 28, 2018: The 825th branch of Karnataka Bank was inaugurated at Kavoor on November 28, Wednesday by Western Range IGP J Arun Chakravarthy. The Branch is located on the ground floor of Gayatri Timbers Building at Gandhinagar in Kavoor.
In his inaugural address, the IGP hailed the services of Karnataka Bank to all sections of the society and hoped it would further extend its services to various areas.
The e-lobby and Cash Recycler was inaugurated by Sri Dhamapalanatha Swamiji, head of the Kavoor Branch of Sri Adi Chunchanagiri Mutt.
MS Mahabaleshwara, Managing Director and CEO of Karnataka Bank who presided over the function said the Bank has registered a business turnover of Rs 1,15,000 crores and has one crore customers. He also stated that the Bank aims at increasing its branch network to 830 during the current financial year.
Ramesh Bhat, Assistant General Manager, Sukanya, Branch Manager and others were present.
