Mangaluru, Feb 15, 2016: According to a media release from the management of St Aloysius College (Autonomous); the Department of Food Science and Technology is set to present a rare International Workshop on Italian Cuisine on February 19th, 2016 at 9:00 am, Venue: LCRI, FST LAB The main resource persons are named as : Alberto Pesani & Ms. Silvana Rizzi.
Cuisine items: Pasta Orecchiette, Pasta with pesto sauce, Cotolette Milanese, Apple Cake.
The aim of the workshop is to create a forum for the students of Food Science and Technology and any other interested persons to learn the specialties of Italian Food items.
It would feature a diverse range of fresh and colourful food items from Italy which are combined in simple ways to preserve the identity of the ingredients. The target audience is the faculty and students from Food Science, Hotel Management, Culinary Science and interested students at large.
