I Rammohan Rao’s autobiography ’Adamya’ released

Mangalore, Nov 23: H K Patil, the former minister of state, released I Rammohan Rao’s autobiography “Adamya” during a book release programme on Nov 22, Sunday. 

Rammohan Rao has written about his life, works, and achievements in “Adamya.” The book was edited by Malar Jairam Rai. 

Rammohan Rao, a reporter, has witnessed the functioning of 4 former prime ministers of India. He was at the height of his career when the Bofors issue created a buzz. He also reported critical issues of the eighties.

Anantha Krishna Bhat, the non-executive chairman of Karnataka Bank, was the chief guest. Rajeshwari Rao, the wife of Rammohan Rao, was also present on the dais.

Area Laxminarayan Alva, a renowned Kannada writer, presided over the book-release programme. Dr. Na Damodar Shetty welcomed the gathering. Vasant Shetty Bellary, gave the key-note address. Avanindranath proposed the vote of thanks. The comperer of the programme was Dr R Narasimha.
