Mangaluru, Mar 19, 2015 : Hundreds of people  paid their last respects to KN Tailor, the legendary Tulu theatrical personality who was also famous as the first superstar of Tulu film industry. The mortal remains of KN Tailor who passed away at a private hospital in the city on March 18 morning, were placed at his residence at Ujjodi for the people to pay their homage on March 19, Tuesday.

Many including his family members, relatives, fans, well wishers and elected representatives    visited his residence to pay their last respects. Prominent among those who paid their respects to the departed Tulu film personality are Deputy Commissioner AB Ibrahim,  Tulu theatre personalities Devadas Kapikad, Vijaykumar Kodialbail, Arvind Bolar, Tulu Academy President Janaki Brahmavar,   writer Dr Vivek Rai, former academy chief Umanath Kotian and others.

The last rites of KN Tailor were held  at the Nandigudde Crematorium in the city.
