Hit and run claims life of a man in Kundapur

Kundapur, Oct 15, 2015: A man dies after hit and run accident on Nh 66 near Gopady in Kundapyr on Wednesday October 14.

The deceased person is identified as Ganapayya Ganiga. He was 54 years old. A resident of Gopady in Kundapur.The deceased is survived by his wife and three daughters.

Ganapayya was moving in a two wheeler from Kundapur is said. He was knocked by a Tourist Xylo from behind. The driver fled away from the spot without stopping the vehicle. The locals informed the police about the accident. The Padubidri police seized the vehicle along with the driver.

Thanks to the police.The hit and run cases are or these days.Th driver of vehicle must be strictly punished for this incident as a innocent person loose life because of his carelessness.
