Hindu outfits protest against atrocities on Hindus in Ullal

Mangaluru, July 21, 2015:  Hindu outfits including the Ullal units of on July 20, Monday to condemn the alleged atrocities on  Hindu community in  the area.

 

Addressing the protestors, Sri Rajashekharananda Swamiji of Gurupur Vajradehi Mutt,  accused Health Minister UT Khader of pursuing a biased approach  He also demanded the Minister’s resignation and warned of severe protest if efforts were made to subvert Hindus.

He also wanted to know why there were more cases of atrocities against Hindus in Tokkottu and Talapady  areas and urged the elected representatives to respond to the  problems of the people.

“The police are not acting due to the influence of the state government,’ he alleged.

Sharan Pumpwell, Convenor of Bhajrangdal, South Karnataka Region urged the authorities to initiate strict action against trouble mongers in Ullal.

Bhujanga Kulal, District Convenor of Bhajrangdal, Gopal Kuttar, VHP District Secretary, Satyajit Suaratkal, State Co-Convenor of Hindu Jagarana Vedike and others were present.
