Mangaluru, Oct 06, 2020:    Yoga is only possible to control all the body diseases and to strengthen all parts of the body, including intellect, nerves. Dr. Krishnan Nair, President of Kalladka Sri Rama Vidya Kendra says that regular yoga can help relieve mental stress and many ailments. Said Prabhakar Bhatt Kalladka.

He was speaking at the inauguration of "Yogayano" (Free Meditation Yoga Camp) conducted by Guruji of Dhi Shakti Jnana Yoga at Tulu Sahitya Academy in Urvastore, Mangalore for the past ten days in collaboration with Karnataka Tulu Sahitya Academy and Rotary Club Mangalore Central.

Pranayama has the power to prevent incurable diseases with many medical treatments. Yoga has the power to control man’s anger. The brightness comes from Ashtanga yoga. Yoga can help you stay mentally focused. Yoga and meditation have tremendous power to prevent illnesses. Having said that, yoga can only be made more powerful by eating less.

The biggest change in the whole world. More than 190 countries, including Muslim countries, today surrender to yoga. Dr Yogi said that by changing our modern lifestyle and practicing yoga with a healthy diet, everyone will be able to get rid of illness and live a healthy life. Prabhakar Bhatt Kalladka commented.

Dayananda G., President of Karnataka Tulu Literary Academy Kurtalsar presided over the ceremony. Former Member of the Methodist Council, K. Ganesh Karnik, Assistant Governor Ro. Among the guests were Ananda Shetty, former Governor RoD Devadas Rai, Manapa Sadasai Mrs Jayalakshmi Shetty, Tulu Sahitya Akademi member Shashidhar Shetty and Chetak Poojary.

Guruji was honored by Karnataka Tulu Sahitya Akademi and Rotary Club Mangalore Central for his performance of Yoga for the last ten days. Dr Guruji was given a fruit and a shawl. He was felicitated by Prabhakar Bhatt Kalladka.

The event’s host, Rotary Institute of Cultural Activities District Chairmen Row. Rajagopala Rai welcomed and proposed. Commenting on the importance of the power of yoga, he said that yoga can help you stay healthy without allowing any kind of alien thought.
Rotary Club Mangalore Central President Ro. Prakashchandra thanked them.
