Elaborating on the matter, he said that the four pillars of holistic approach are physical fitness, intellectual fitness, spiritual fitness, and interpersonal fitness. He also spoke of the necessity of inculcating values such as respect toward elders, honesty, responsibility, patience, compassion, forgiveness, and generosity in children.

Quoting from the works of Kalil Gibran and Konkani novelist A. T. Lobo, he said that parents give birth to children, teachers give them education, and God gives them life and wisdom.

Sr. Sylvian, the headmistress of the school, welcomed the gathering and introduced Fr. Cliffy to the gathering. Eunice Britto, the president of the Apostolic Carmelite Association, proposed the vote of thanks. A brief adoration of the Holy Sacrament marked the end of the programme.
