Foundation laid for Jyothi-Bunts Hostel stretch concretisation works

Mangaluru Nov 04, 2014:  The concretisation works of the stretch of road from the Ambedkar Circle upto Bunts Hostel Circle  commenced on November 4, Tuesday morning.

 

 

 

 

 

The project of upgrading the road is being taken up  by the Mangalore City Corporation under the Rs 100 crore  grant of the Chief Minister.Mayor Mahabala Maarla laid the foundation for the works.

In his address, the Mayor  assured the people of Mangalore that the project would be completed on schedule in order to avoid much inconvenience to the citizens.

Ivan D’Souza, MLC, J.R. Lobo, MLA, Shashidhar Hegde, former mayor and several others were present.
