First Byari feature film to be released on June 9

Mangalore, June 4: Byari, the first Byari film ever, will be released on June 9. The film has been produced under the banner of Thanneer Films and will be released at Prabhath Theatre and Big Cinema at the same time.

Althaf Hussain, the producer of Byari, told reporters at Press Club on Saturday that the film deals with the story of a Beary girl called Nadira, whose married life was wrecked by her own father for trivial reasons. The film bears a strong social message for those who misuse religious customs, he said, adding that getting a divorce is not very easy for Muslims. 

Mamu Koya, the Malayalam actor, and Mallika, the Tamil actress who became famous for her movie My Autograph are playing the lead roles in Byari. The cast also includes Rahim Uchil, Majeed, Ambika Mohan, Ashwathi, Riyaz Ashraf, Prajeesh, K. T. S. Padanna, Roopa Varkadi, Sudarshan, Altaf Krishnapura, Baby Shatha, Shamshuddin Paradise, Annath, Kabir Katipalla, and Bathisha Puttur. 

The movie has been directed by Suveeran, the award-winning Malayalam film director. The story writer is Irfan Chokkatettu and Murali Krishnana is the camera man. The film has been shot at places such as Thokkottu, Jokatte, Suratkal, Bajpe, Kerala, and Bangalore. 

Riyaz Ashraf, Mohammed Baddoor, Samsheer, and others were also present at the press conference.
