Festival of Books- 2010 begins at Milagres Church Hall

Mangalore, November 13: Festival of Books, an annual book exhibition organized by the Daughters of St. Paul in collaboration with the Pauline Cooperators in Milagres Church was inaugurated on Nov 13. The public is free to view this exhibition till Nov 21 between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
The chief guest of the inaugural programme was Fr. Walter D’Mello, the parish priest of Milagres Church. In his inaugural address, he said that the exhibition will give people access to a number of books. Fr. Victor Machado, the parish priest of Bejai, and Sr. Susheela, the assistant general of UFs, were the guests of honor.
A wide range of books in categories such as children’s stories, parenting, psychology, home remedies, dictionaries, grammar, leadership, spirituality, personality, self-help, gift booklets, and others will be found displayed at the exhibition.
