English version of veteran politician B A Mohideen’s autobiography released

Mangaluru, May 02, 2019: "The I Within Me"- the English translation of "Nannolagina Naanu" the autobiography of veteran politician and former minister Late B A Mohideen was released by DK District in-charge Minister U T Khader at a ceremony held at a private hotel in Mangaluru on May 1, Wednesday.
In his address, Khader described late Mohideen as a model politician and hoped his autobiography would be translated to Urdu, Hindi and other languages. He also recalled the association of his father late U T Fareed with B A Mohideen.
B Surendra Rao, retired lecturer of Mangalore University who translated the autobiography into English said B A Mohideen was a politician who never resorted to caste politics. He was a person who rose above politics, he said.
Ivan D’Souza, MLC, Dr Abdul Sharief, Principal of PA Engineering College, Jayaprakash Hegde, former minister, Abdul Ibrahim, Executive Director of PA Engineering College, B A Mohideen’s sons Mushtaq and Masood, MCC Commissioner Mohammad Nazeer and others were present.
