Udupi, July 24, 2020:    Brahmavar police have arrested two persons on the charges of   snatching a mobile phone of a young woman while she was walking on the roadside at Kallabettu in Handadi village. The incident had taken place on May 27 morning.

The accused are Muhammad Fahad and  another boy who is a minor. Muhammad was said to be facing cases of looting and  drugs  peddling in Malpe  and Kaup police stations.

The stolen mobile has been recovered from the accused duo. A bike used by them has also been seized.
