Doctor honey-trapping case : Search underway for absconding accused

Mangaluru, May 17, 2017 : Mangaluru Police who have already arrested three persons in connection with the case of honey trapping a senior doctor of a hospital in the city and extracting Rs 14 lakhs from him, are on the lookout for  another accused named Rakesh who is absconding along with his two accomplices including the lady who was part of the racket.

Speaking to reporters here on May 16, Tuesday, Police Commissioner S Chandra Sekhar said  Narayan  Salian from Someshwar who is among the three already arrested was   involved in criminal cases  in the past too  and was a part of the gang of accused who had involved in the shoot-out incidents targeted at Rakesh Malli and Muttappa Rai.
