District Congress pays tributes to former PM Indira Gandhi on her 103rd birth anniversary

Mangaluru, Nov 19, 2020: The District Congress Committee paid rich tributes to former prime minister Late Indira Gandhi on the occasion of her 103th birth anniversary on November 19, Thursday, at the party office in the city.
Speaking on the occasion, District Congress Chief Harish Kumar eulogised the contributions of the late prime minister towards the development of the nation in various spheres and through various revolutionary programmes for the betterment of women and upliftment of the downtrodden in the society.
Former minister Ramanatha Rai, former legislators J R Lobo, Ivan D’Souza, opposition leader in MCC Abdul Ravoof, District Youth Congress Chief Mithun Rai and others were present.
