Deputy Commissioner A B Ibrahim transferred. Dr K G Jagadeesh will be the new DC

Mangaluru, July 20, 2016: In a sudden development, the State Government on Thursday transferred A B Ibrahim, Deputy Commissioner of Dakshina Kannada to Bengaluru.

The Government has replaced A B Ibrahim with Dr K G Jagadeesh, who is currently serving as MD of Rajiv Gandhi Rural Housing Corporation.

Dr K G Jagadeesh belongs to 2005 batch of IAS. He hails from Koratagere in Tumkur district. Earlier, he worked as a Deputy commissioner in Kalaburgi, Ramnagar and Yadgir districts. He is also a PhD holder in Genetics.
