Mangaluru, Aug 15, 2017: Corporation Bank celebrated 71stIndependence Day at its Corporate Office in Mangaluru. Shri Gopal Murli Bhagat, Executive Directorof the Bank unfurled the National Flag in the presence of General Managers, other Executives & Employees of the Bank.

Speaking on the occasion, ShriBhagataccentuated the significance of Independence Day.He said, Independence Day is an occasion to remember the sacrifice made by the freedom-fighters for the well-being of the country men. He said, we have to assure the citizens that the dreams visualised by our forefathers will be the guiding principles in our path to progress.
 
He also said Bankers play an important role in making the society economically strong and independent and called upon Corp Bankers to pledge to provide better service to the citizensof the nation.
