Congress will win all eight seats in Dakshina Kannada, predicts Janardhana Poojary

Mangaluru, May 09, 2018: Senior Congress leader and former union minister  B Janardhana Poojary has said that the Congress will win  all the eight assembly constituencies in the district.

Speaking to reporters at the party’s election office at Kadri on May 9, Wednesday, Poojary condemned the  false propaganda against MLA and Congress candidate from Mangaluru South J R Lobo. He is not a casteist, neither is the Congress restricted to any  caste or religion. The Congress respects people of all religions and so is J R Lobo. It is not proper to project him as someone against Bunts and Billawas, Poojary said.

" False propaganda against  a secular person like him is condemnable, we   should ensure his win by a big margin," said Poojary.

MLA and Congress candidate JR Lobo, DCC Chief Harish Kumar, KPCC General Secretary and District in-charge U B Venkatesh, Mayor Bhasker Moily, MUDA Chairman Suresh Ballal, former mayor Shashidhar Hegde and others were present.
